Acquire land, power & water rights

Secure the land, power, and water rights to run GPUs and DLC cooling. TheBoxCompany can advise on how much water and power your deployment needs — hotter, more humid climates generally require more of both.

The value-add: a small deployment needs only a small amount of power and water. Finding 100 MW and 100 million gallons of water on the grid is challenging. Finding 1 MW and 1 million gallons is tractable and quick.

Acquire the box

We provide a water- and dust-proof container plus cooling solution. 70% of the required electrical work is performed at our out-of-country factory — so you skip the long line.

≈ 3-month lead time to arrive at port.

Sign & prepare the site

While we await arrival, we sign the various agreements required and strategize environmental mitigations. The base for the containers is prepared.
